Sitting here in Kavadades, admiring the lovely view and looking around at our two beautiful houses, we felt we just had to write to record our congratulations, and thanks, to you for the absolutely fantastic job you have done for us.
As you know, it was about three years ago that we decided to build in Corfu, but, like so many other unsuspecting Brits, we bought the wrong plot of land, from someone we, mistakenly, trusted, and all our dreams rapidly disintegrated into a nightmare. But fortune must have been smiling on us because, just as we discovered what a terrible mess we were in, we happened to meet you. From that day on, all our problems began to disappear – or rather they were solved for us by you and Karen.
And so now, here we are, only a year after work started, and we are actually living our dream. We still cannot believe how you managed to finish two houses and a pool, in the time, AND for the competitive price agreed - but it is nothing short of a miracle, especially in Corfu! In the two months we have been here, we haven't found a single problem or fault and the quality of the materials and the workmanship is superb. Whatever our expectations, you have exceeded them and every morning, we have to pinch ourselves to prove that this dream is a reality.
Anyone who contemplates building, or renovating, property in Corfu should be aware that they really are stepping into a minefield, and that so many of the people who are eager to "help" have ulterior motives and simply cannot be trusted. However, our dealings with you have proved that you are 100% reliable, trustworthy and absolutely uncompromising in your standards and your ethics. We shall never be able to thank you enough for coming to our rescue and guiding us safely, every step of the way, through the minefield.
We count ourselves very, very lucky to have found you and we hope that others will listen and learn from our experiences. You are welcome to bring any potential clients to view the fantastic houses you have built for us, to see, for themselves, that Stamatis, Karen and the CDC team, really are SIMPLY THE BEST!
