Corfu Design & Construction (CDC) is an established, English-speaking company based in the north of the island. We have a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and real estate in Corfu, through previous experience of working for local investors and the business community for some twenty years.
In 2005, we were approached by an English couple who needed help to develop their dream property in Corfu, and here is where the story really begins. Listening to the problems which this couple had encountered, it became apparent to us that there is a need for a different kind of service for foreign buyers wishing to build a home in Corfu - a service which:
- offers local knowledge and expertise.
- overcomes any language barriers.
- is informative and, more importantly, supportive about planning, legal and any other aspects of the purchase and construction process.
In short, a full project management service, from start to finish, but with no hard sell techniques.
We primarily work with the design and construction of off-plan schemes, creating new properties in Corfu. Whether this be following a scheme designed by our team of qualified professionals, to suit the specific needs and budget of the individual, or a design supplied by the client.
Alternatively, although we are not estate agents we also offer assistance in the purchase and renovation of older properties, along with investment and business opportunities both residential and commercial.
